[0.15.3] Last user on train not updating.

As per Twinsens request a bug report and not a suggestion.

The issue: When a player changes the schedule of a train it does not update the last-user value.
Why this is an issue: Players often change the schedule / put the train in manual mode because they know the value doens't update and it is hard for admins to catch the user doing it.

How to replicate this 'bug'.
1. have player1 place down a train.
2. have player1 set a schedule.
3. have player2 change the schedule.

The last-user value on the train is now still player1 even though it should be player2

Thanks for the report. I fixed several instances of the last user not getting updated correctly for the next version of 0.15.
