[15.3] Personal Laser PVP glitch

Hi. If you're wearing a personal laser in PVP and an enemy tank with a player will get in range, the laser will go through the tank not damaging it, and directly attack the player.

Has not been tested in the other vehicles.

The lasers are actually gamma rays, so they penetrate tank armor.
Fixed for 0.15.13
