Flames on rafinery not dissappearing

Flames on rafinery not dissappearing

When rafinery is set to coal liquification and outputs are not drained, the flame identifying rafinery is online will not dissapear, only stops its animation.

Thanks for the report. It actually freezes when it tries to start the next cycle of the recipe and lacks the items. But, I've fixed it for the next version of 0.15 :)
