[0.15.1] CTD connecting wire to lamp with no connector block

In Nixie Tubes, the mini nixies previously did not define circuit_connector_sprites in their prototypes. I'll be correcting this (finally...) for the 0.15 release of the mod, but wanted to report that doing it this way does cause a CTD when connecting a wire to such an entity.
