[TOGoS] [0.15.0] Ore patch amounts sometimes merged in map

Summary: Display of ore patch amounts in map can be inconsistent.

Observed behavior: Mousing between two nearby ore patches prevents examining ore patches individually.

Expected: Mousing over a single ore patch should always display the ore in that patch.

To recreate:

* Find two nearby ore patches of the same type.
* Mouse over one patch in map mode.
* Note how only one patch is highlighted/summed.
* Mouse between them.
* Note how both patches are highlighted/summed.
* Mouse to empty ground.
* Mouse back to a single patch.
* Note how both patches are highlighted/summed. Expected behavior: Single patch is highlighted/summed.
* Mouse over a different patch.
* Individual patches can be viewed again.

I believe the inconsistency in detection of ore patches is fixed in 0.15.16. The case where two closeby ore patches are detected as single patch is OK.
