[0.15.0] Entities info visible in zoomed in map mode

When you fully zoom in in map mode into a region without radar coverage and then hover over an entity you can still see all the entity info including a detailed picture of it. With this bug for example you can see what items are on a belt by hovering over it without actually being able to see the belt clearly in the map view.
I don't think the info should be visible/detailed when you do not have radar coverage.
