[0.14.16] Multiplayer Public game list "Has mods" broken

The "Has Mods" dropdown for browsing public games is currently broken.

If "Any" is selected then all games appear, both modded and unmodded which is correct.

Now this is where it gets weird.

If you choose "Yes" then you get no games, period.
If you choose "No" then ALL games are listed, both modded and unmodded.
If you keep changing the other search options. Then at random the yes/no of "Has Mods" will suddenly do the opposite of what they were doing just 2 seconds ago and now "Yes" show all games while "No" shows no games.

Right, actually fixed for the next release, instead of the broken fix for 14.16
