[Rseding91] [0.14.16] Cursor is not cleared

So I only noticed this bug now but I don't know if it has always been there or it's specific to the newest release.

Normally when you pick an item from the tool bar you should be able to clear the cursor by pressing Q (or the key you have assigned).
However there is a special case when this does not work. All of these conditions must be met:

• The inventory is full (the toolbelt does NOT have to be).
• The inventory does not contain the item you have selected.
• There is more than one stack of the itemthat is selected in the toolbelt.
• The stack that is selected does not have the maximum stack size, all other stacks do have the maximum stack size.

Note that the "hand" icon in the toolbelt where the stack has previously been vanishes but the stack does not go back into the toolbelt.

Steps to reproduce:

• Fill up your inventory.
• Place more than one stack of the same item in the toolbelt and remove some items from the last stack.
• Pick up that last stack.
• Try to clear the cursor using the Q key (or the key you have set in the controls). It will not work.
