Lights turn on and off one by one by dawn/dusk

Hi ! I'd find lovely that, by dawn, each light turn off individually, and not altogether. So in, like, 3-4 seconds, all lights would be off, but the process would be smoother than right now. The same could happen at night, it could produce a nice effect, like, magic.

I had a similar idea, except with the lights blinking instead.

In Miniatur Wonderland they programmed the lights when turning on in the night so, that the flash somehow, like neonlights (where aprobiate).
