[0.14.13] [Klonan] Accumulator Research Name Missing

Title really says it all. Started accumulator research on a vanilla game and got what you see in the screenshot.

Does it happen in a new game started in 0.14.13?

I just tried starting a new game in .14.13 and if I open the tech tree the name is already like in the screenshot.

Edit: I verified the game cache just in case, no change.

I cna see it too, not sure why the locale key has stopped working, so i will look into it
