[Rseding91] [0.14.1][Modded (?)] Game freezes when mousing over item

I'm on Windows 10, Factorio 0.14.1, and these mods:


How to recreate:
1. Craft an item, or look at the research screen.
2. Mouse over an item in the crafting queue, or an item unlock in a tech.
3. Proceed to game freeze, then to the game resuming.

This doesn't happen on a vanilla game, so it's either a mod causing the bug, or some other weird thing involving having 69 mods installed.

Please disabled them one by one until the issue doesn't occur

I was able to reproduce the slowdown when mousing over specific tech recipe unlocks.

Are there any other ways to reproduce the slowdown?

Crafting things and mousing over the crafting queue doesn't have any impact for me.
