[0.13.17]Crash when mining vehicle you're in over water

If you board the vehicle and get it over deep water (flying or teleporting) and then mine it, the game crashes.

Also, the save is detected as corrupted but loads. I've used console commands to teleport the car around, and also to change forces of biters and spawners. If I'll manage to reproduce it, I'll make separate report.

I do mods. Modding wiki is friend, it teaches how to mod. Api docs is friend too...
I also update mods, some of them even work.
Recently I did a mod tutorial.

Fixed for the next version of 0.13/0.14.
