[0.13.15] tech graph moves when dragging research button

  • Open technology screen.
  • Select researchable technology with a large, scrollable dependency graph.
  • Click and hold Research button.
  • Move mouse around.
The dep graph moves as if the mouse had been clicked inside its area.
