[13.15] [kovarex] Inescapable impasse when opening inventory at moment of death

It was 5:45 am on a lovely summers morning when I was crossing the train tracks and saw the signal light turn orange,
I went to back pedal right to get off the tracks.
But after a long day on the angle grinder in RL my left hand was all thumbs.

instead of pressing the 'd' key I pressed the 'e' key and the inventory window popped up,
panicking and not thinking I pressed the escape key to close the inventory window,
and went back for another go at the 'd' key, but pressed the 'e' key again.

rinse and repeat...

Anyway managed to press the 'e' key around the exact time as getting hit by a train, and the inventory window managed to open over the top of the death screen window.

In this state with the inventory open over the death screen you are unable to access any of the buttons or press escape to open the menu.

The game hasn't really crashed as I am able to access the search function and move the inventory window around,
but it may as well of crashed as I see no alternative to getting out of this situation other than End Task in Task Manager.

I think there may need to be an event handler added to the death screen that allows you to activate it by clicking on it or something :)

Thanks for the report, it is fixed for 0.13.19 now
