[13.15] Vertical scrolling not possible in tech effects and AM recipes

Version 0.13.15.

The research ui doesn't allow scrolling its effects, only the tech tree (the effects are also limited to 8 per row, probably a holdover from the old ui):

Production machines don't allow scrolling recipes:

Can you upload the mod you're using that causes the issues?

I'm rewriting the Boxing mod by Xecutor. I wasn't going to publish it to the mod portal till it was fully working, so here's a zip of it. I moved the recipes into separate groups to avoid that issue for now, but the technology ui issue is still there, I've had to start the research with the console.

Edit: The problem is due to the items added by Bob's mods (they're listed as optional dependencies, which is the plan, but I haven't gotten around to testing it without them yet).

Can you upload all of the mods I need to actually launch the game? Just that mod alone doesn't work.
