[0.13.11] Watch your step achievement wrongly triggered

[0.13.11] Watch your step achievement wrongly triggered

Hi,

I got killed while trying to defend myself against biters with my flamethrower. When I died I got the achievement. I think it's me walking on the burning ground that got me killed.
There's no way I got actually run by a train, I still haven't got one so far. :-)

I confirm this. Died to bugs. No trains in-game. Achievement triggered.

Surely one should watch their step not only on rails, but also in fire? :)
