crash using the deconstruction planner

Hi all, I'm experiencing a reproducible crash.

I've also included a screenshot file, with some instruction on how to reproduce the crash (look for red arrow added with MS Paint ! ).

Fixed for 0.13.10.

In the mean time, don't mouse over the request proxy thing on the entity while it gets deconstructed
