[Rseding91] [0.13.6] Blueprint Module Insertion Fails

I'm using 0.13.6 (build 23136, win64, steam). Bit of a corner case here. When you have an item which accepts modules as input (e.g. an assembly machine making speed module 2s) and you create a blueprint of that item with that type of module inserted, when you place that blueprint down, the modules get inserted as input instead of into the module slots.

That is:
1) Create assembly machine 3 producing speed module 2.
2) Insert speed module 1s into the module slots.
3) Create blueprint of the machine.
4) Place that blueprint somewhere.
