[0.13.4] [Hanziq] Update mods incorrectly disabled.

I noticed that if I click "Check for updates" if updates are found they are highlighted yellow in the mod list but if I go to install mods then back out. The update-able mods are still highlight yellow but "Update Mods" is now disabled until I check for updates again.

The same thing happens if I never click "check for updates" and instead click "install mods" then back out. Factorio does an update check anyways (not an issue) and update-able mods are highlighted in yellow but "Update Mods" is still disabled.


It would seem to me that Factorio should check if there are update-able mods in the mod list before enabling/disabling the mod list whenever the mods window is displayed.
