[0.13.0][posila] dammage bonus is diffrent on 2 GUI for turret

hello,

I saw that the damage bonus is different if you look on bonus panel or directly on turret entity :

Thanks for the report. It is not bug, because those are two different bonuses, but I admit it is confusing, so I changed the information in sidebar to show also damage bonus from research.
The change will be in 0.13.2
