[0.13.0] [kovarex] Railway signal placement disallowance

OS: Windows 10 x64

What I have is a train station with no right exit, so a train can only leave the station by changing its direction. However, when placing signals, it disallowed me to use my normal signal setup for such a station. I usually have the setup recreated below with a chain signal on the right hand side of the 'train in'-track.

Note that it does not matter whether or not there is a direct track from 'train in' to 'train out'.

For some reason it is impossible to place a signal on the right hand side of the 'train in'-track, although it would result in a proper system also found in some pass by stations.

It gets weirder, as when an additional signal is placed on the 'train out'-track in the direction I do not want trains to go, it suddenly allows for correct placement of a signal on the 'train in'-track.

My solution now is to temporarily add the unwanted signal so the desired signal can be placed, after which the temporary signal is removed. This, however, feels counterintuitive.

Please upload the save-file.
You have not placed any signal on the first vertical, once you do it will show you placements accordingly.
