[0.12.35] Menu background stretched in non-16:9 resolution

Just noticed this on my new 21:9 monitor.

You can reproduce it easily, by resizing the window:





I think it should zoom in on the image instead of scaling it awkwardly

It probably should be fixed or changed as its quite ugly
