[0.12.27] [kovarex] Biter attack track under train

Biter sometimes get stuck attacking the track under a train, as it can not be damaged.



The game was moded but not influencing train or biters.

No, the cargo wagon is not immune to attack, only the rails under it when there is cargo wagon above. So they can always remove the cargo wagon, and rails later.
