Reproduction:
1. Make a logistic request (e.g. for 100 yellow belts) and set the request to x, where X is any number between 0.625 and 1 (exclusive)
2. Mouse over the logistic request, and Satisfaction will be your request minus 1,
e.g. a 1000 yellow belt request with a multiplier of 0.626 will request 625 belts.
Or, a multiplier of 0.9 will have a satisfaction of 899 belts.

Postedit:
Trying further multipliers (request 1000 belts) has mixed results;
0.04 = 39 :warning:
0.63 = 629 :warning:
0.66 = 660
0.69 = 689 :warning:
0.70 = 699 :warning:
0.75 = 750
0.80 = 800
0.81 = 810
0.82 = 819 :warning:
0.89 = 889 :warning:

Joy of working with floating point numbers... I made the computation to round to nearest integer instead of flooring and so the issue should be now fixed for 2.1.21.
