[Donion] [2.1.15] Extra loud "(Entity) is in the way" sound for underground belts

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place an Assembling machine (or pretty much every other entity)
2. Try to place an Underground belt (or pipe) on it

What happened?
'cannot-build' sound effect plays extra loud.

What did you expect to happen instead?
'cannot-build' sound effect should play at a normal volume. Trying to place, for example, Medium electric pole instead of an Underground belt over the assembler, plays the sound at a normal volume.

Thanks for the report. The issue is now fixed for the next release, 2.1.17.
