[2.1.12] Factoriopedia - Missing "Gathered from" entries for Water and Lava fluids

As of Space Age 2.1.12, there are 2 links missing from the Water and Lava fluid entries.

For water, the 'Water (tile)' (the Nauvis one) entry is missing from the "Gathered from" section. Only the Gleba water tiles appear there.

For lava, the "Gathered from" section is missing entirely, even though it can be gathered from 'Lava (tile)' on Vulcanus.

The reverse is not true, as the fluids appear correctly in the "Source of" section of the tiles.

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.1.13.
