[2.1.12] Inserter onto underground arrow misplaced when holding blueprint

[2.1.12] Inserter onto underground arrow misplaced when holding blueprint

If you hold a blueprint with an inserter inserting onto an underground entrance, the arrow for the inserter is off position.

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.1.13.
