Summary:
Pressing Control + Shift + F on an item in the blueprint library doesn't open the prototype explorer.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a blueprint, blueprint book, deconstruction planner, or upgrade planner.
2. Place the created item in the player inventory.
3. Hover your cursor over the item and use the "Open prototype explorer GUI" keybind (Control + Shift + F by default). Note behavior.
4. Open the blueprint library. The issue happens on both the "My blueprints" and "Game blueprints" tabs, so it shouldn't matter which tab you use.
5. Move the item from the player inventory to the blueprint library.
6. Hover your cursor over the item and use the "Open prototype explorer GUI" keybind (Control + Shift + F by default). Note behavior.
Expected behavior:
The prototype explorer GUI should open in both steps 3 and 6.
Actual behavior:
The prototype explorer GUI only opens in step 3.

Re: [2.0.77] "Open prototype explorer GUI" keybind does not work in blueprint library
Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next release.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
