[Genhis][2.1.9] Crash of specific save, TransitionalRequestBuffers check fails

1.What did you do?
Started game the first time after 2.1.9 update. After around 3 minutes the game freezes for a few seconds than crashes.
In that time i did build a radar, a constant combinator, a decider combinator and did some cuircut stuff.
I have a Autosave that just happens seconds befor the crash. If i load that and destroy the buildings the game still crashes.
I loaded the first savegame and waited for 3 minutes doing nothing. Game still chrashes at the same point.

2.What happened?
Game freezes for like 3 seconds and then closing themself with showing the crash pop up thats leads to the log file.

3.What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
No freeze no death...

4.Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It happens always. Cant play -_-


The savegame started on the livebranch and i took it to experimental when 2.1 released.
i had some mods active on the livebranch. No mods on experimental.
The game has a 50x science multi.


I attached the following files:

Thanks for the report. Your save files helped me to reproduce the issue and it is fixed for 2.0.11.
