Attempted to upgrade a cargo landing pad by shift-clicking the ghost for a different quality on the existing pad.
What happened?
Game does not allow this, stating "You can only build 1 Cargo Landing Pad per surface"
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expect this to allow me to plan the upgrade, like it works for other buildings.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always. It is worth noting that the Upgrade Planner *will* let you do this the way I'm expecting.
