What did I do:
I am playing the new 2.1 experimental of the game and noticed that my ships are getting "stuck" on Vulcanus. I did not change any of the ships behaviour since testing the 2.1 version of the game and it worked flawless for lots of hours before.
What happened:
The ships are waiting in space for red chips deliveries. In the interface it says ships are on the way and the rockets are filled up but they are not launching. Every other item is being transfered normally.
What did I expect to happen:
The delivery should be successfull and the ship flies to the next target.
Does it happen always:
Basically yes. When I send the ship manually to another planet the ground rockets get emptied and the ship flies normally. When it comes back to Vulcanus it gets stuck again.
Reproduce:
Send the Ship "Herbert I" manually to another planet. After some time it will get stuck again at Vulcanus.

I am still trying to figure out what is going on and found at least some more information.
- I was able to reproduce it easily. I sent the ships manually to somewhere else. The rocket silos get emptied and it worked for some minutes but then the Ship "Herbert II" got stuck on Vulcanus and again because of red chips.
- I have the feeling that there is something wrong with the capacity calculation or something like that. I added a little more storage (allthough the ship was not full at all) to some ships and these seem to work fine now(?). The stuck ship "Herbert II" did not have capacity added and is stuck now. Edit: This didnt help at all. After a few minutes other ships which had a little capacity added are also stuck again
- I also removed and added some rocket silos on Vulcanus to see if that helps or changes anything but there was no difference
Savegame and log are attached. Feel free to get back to me for more information or testing. I will keep testing (and see my base burn to the ground since everything is stuck

In this screenshot you can see the ship "Herbert II" staying above Vulcanus and waiting for a delivery which is never made. The silos are filled up on the ground but just dont get launched. This screenshot shows on of the rocket silos on Vulcanus. It has the materials for "Herbert II" loaded but does not launch.

Another quick update.
I let the game run a little and now everything is stuck on Vulcanus and they all have problems with red and green ships. Their needs are satisfied but there are somehow rocket silos filled up and stuff is "on the way" but the silos never launch the rockets.
