When the checkbox is active, to allow sending items to other platforms, and the request set at other platform. the asking platformis able to see that offer, but can't request, until the offering platform has a checkmark to unload at planet too.

I expected to be able to deliver cargo to other platforms without sending to surface. If this was on purpose, I would expect requesting platforms would not see semi-available items, with items in space, but offering platforms not allowed to deliver in this planets orbit

Yes, I am not sure which way it should be,
The question of

At the moment I would prefer to keep it respecting the checkbox, as I think its more intuitive to have both systems respect it and work the same

So I guess this bug report means, we should fix the tooltip showing items in platforms that won't actually send the items

The tooltip is fixed for 2.1.8
