[2.0.77] Wrong tech level displayed in console when changing research queue order

When more than one level of the same technology are in the research queue if any level is moved to the front of the queue the console prints a message displaying the highest level in the queue for that particular tech as that was the one moved to the front (instead of the actual moved level).

Here's an example to explain it best:

After moving Steel productivity 11 in front of the queue it displays Steel productivity 12 moved, instead of 11

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next release.
