[Genhis][2.0.60] Remote view dragging possible even when game is pausing

・What did you do?
1. Open remote view (M)
2. Click and hold left mouse button
3. While holding LMB, press the pause button (Pause/Break for me)

・What happened?
The screen moves with the mouse, as if it is being dragged.

・What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The screen should not move.

・Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.
