New Game --> Advanced Map Generation settings Tab
What happened?
v2.0.47, "Spawning Rate" and "Spoiling Rate"

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Somewhere between v2.0.45 and v2.0.47. I did not check v2.0.46 locally.
