Thanks for the report, this has been fixed for 2.0.43.

The source of the issue is that transport drones requesters will use Lua APIs to transfer fluid into the output pipe, but these Lua APIs were not checking if the entity was a ghost, leading to a ghost with fluid which is inconsistent. Before saving your game, go around your base and place pipes in all of these locations to avoid the crash.
