[Genhis][2.0.41] "Any Request Zero" space platform scheduling activates when building the last of an item

When there is exactly 1 of an item left and that item is placed (but no more that would cause auto-request construction materials to activate), a space platform with Any Request Zero in its schedule will leave the planet, despite having no active requests.

In this example I place the last of my legendary solar panels, upon which the space platform leaves the planet, despite having no reason in its schedule to do so.
