[Klonan] [2.0.34] Ghost cursor selection GUI element has extraneous top padding

The "Ghost cursor selection" part has extraneous top padding compared to other parts of a window when clicking on machines from remote-view.

This was previously reported in viewtopic.php?p=651902&hilit=ghost+curs ... on#p651902 but it seems to me it was misunderstood from both sides (person who reported the bug thought the bottom edge of the rectangle containing the "Ghost cursor selection" text not lining up with the other side is also a bug, bug was categorized under "Not a bug" because that part was indeed not a bug, but the extraneous top padding of the entire ghost cursor selection menu still is a bug)
