Ex: Quality stat change of modules do not change, shows default (common) rarity when selecting in Upgrade Planner

When a quality is selected, the item should show stats of said quality.

When this is a problem : Selecting modules to upgrade to - > choosing between high qual lvl2 vs low qual lvl3 - > Have to exit menu to compare them, or if I remember use ALT click
