[Kovarex] [2.0.23] Message saying missing underground belt when one isn't needed

This is an incredibly minor thing, but I noticed the game giving me a pointless error message.
Consider the following:

Obviously the two belts don't connect.
Now if I have a single fast underground belt in my inventory, and try use it to replace the yellow underground belt:

I get the "missing underground belt" message, despite the fact that said 'missing' belt is totally unnecessary.
Not only does it not need an extra belt, it won't even use one if available (i.e. if you do the above but with 2 belts in your inventory, you get no error message and the top belt is not replaced).

Still an issue as of 2.0.44
