[Klonan] [2.0.23] Science production information GUI shows progress values of next tech on completion

After completing an infinite technology research, the "Progress" will display the total for the next level, not the completed level. For example, when researching "Health 2" the progress will go from "199 / 200" to "400 / 400". I noticed this on Artillery Shell Damage 5, but reproduced it with Health 2 so I could capture a video.
