Bulk inserter refusing to insert

Would you like to provide a save file where i can take a look at this? Video alone is not a good way to investigate what is happening.

I suspect it may be another case of the "Copper wire" vs "Copper cable" and you accidentaly configured one of infinity chests to produce the copper wire (tool used for rewiring poles) instead of copper cable (item crafted from copper plate). Those items are quite unfortunate as they have the same graphics right now.
