[Genhis][2.0.21] Game crashes when trying to open tips and tricks from chat (rich text)

hello!

i tried to send in chat a rich text tag for a tips and tricks entry via [tip=spoilables-research] in order to quickly show my friend what i was talking about. unfortunately, clicking on it myself caused my game to immediately crash. usually, i'd expect it to open up the tips and tricks panel to the specified entry. my friend was also able to reproduce it in single-player.

to reproduce it yourself, try opening a world and entering [tip=spoilables-research] into your chatbar. then, click on your own message, and the game should crash.

i'm curious as to whether this affects other similar kinds of in-game rich text hyperlinks, such as train pings or research pings...
