[boskid][2.0.20] Stack Inserter swings with less than stack size items

Subject.
Steps: Start a new game, go to /editor, stamp the following blueprint, leave /editor, observe stack inserter
Potentially a duplicate of viewtopic.php?p=639228#p639228

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 2.0.22.

121423 still reproduces on 2.0.22, so root cause different.
Fulgora is the best planet. Vulcanus needs rework. Feel free to prove me wrong.
