[Rseding91] Quality with ghost equipment

When setting requests for quality equipment, the descriptions show normal quality equipment instead of the actual quality.

In this screenshot, the rare Personal battery MK3 ghost shows it with normal quality with 250MJ capacity but it should show 400MJ because it is rare.
