If a construction bot is scheduled to replace a module but has nowhere to place the old module it will:
* Fail to replace the module in the machine
* Cancel (all) the request for the module(s)
* Keep the request for module removal
* If there are enough modules available the robot will pick up another batch and repeat (carrying above robot hand capacity, I managed to get 46 modules into a single robot)
See video for example
Expected behaviour:
As many modules as the robot is carrying should be replaced, then it should stop and wait for logistic storage to put the old ones away
