[2.0.15] Inserter says "Waiting for Source Items" when the target is full

This is similar to the "Not a Bug" report here viewtopic.php?f=23&t=119556,
however this one doesn't make any sense.

The inserter:

The platform hub it's trying to insert into:

And the assembling machine it's trying to take from:

I expected the inserter to say "Output Full": their clearly are source items, and there's no where else the inserter could insert things into (unlike the aforementioned "Not a Bug").

Your post has the same picture 3 times, all show the platform hub

It would be easier to communcate the issue if a savefile would be included

So sorry about that, I hope I fixed it. (my upload speed is slow and I loose all my progress if I take too kong, so I was trying to write the report quickly...)
The issue is on the platform labelled with the space science icon.
