[Rseding91] [2.0.17] Extremely lengthy unloading time for a Pyanadon save

I recently tried to reload my 4000+ hour Pyanodon save from 1.1, it's broken as hell as expected due to mods used, and that's irrelevant.

What's interesting tho, is that after all the migration stuff has been done and the save is stable, it takes about 30 seconds to load after restarting factorio (expected), but about 3 minutes to unload back to the main menu (on 1.1 it's about 30s load for < 10s unloading time on the same save). My base is pretty big, but not that big by megabase standards.

From discussion on the Pyanodon's discord, it appears that it's a performance issue that might be common with other Pyanodon saves.
