I have a rocket silo at 5.05 crafting speed. Most of the time it can launch consistently one launch after the other, but occasionally when the bots are very fast, it will reach 100% crafted of the next rocket, pause production at 100%, the current rocket will finish its animation, and then the doors play the closing animation, only to then reopen immediately.

While technically Not a bug (rocket was not ready when lamps flashing animation for closing doors is already playing) i decided i have enough of those reports and there are couple additional quick follow up rocket checks added during the lamps flash animation in 2.0.17. Keep in mind that in some cases the rocket may still not be ready unless you sacrifice productivity to gain slightly more crafting speed.
