[Genhis][2.0.14] Opening console with technology tree open doesn't allow text input

When you have the technology tree open, you can't use the console. The console opens but it looks like the screenshot below. You can't write anything or send any messages.

Yes, I have this issue on multiplayer game only.

Thanks for the report. In 2.0.33 you won't be able to open the console while the tech tree is visible.
